The Yang Jiang Group was established in 2002. Its members include: Chen Zai Yan (born in Yangchun in 1971), Zheng Guo Gu (born in Yang Jiang in 1970) and Sun Qing Lin (born in Yang Jiang in 1974). They use Chinese calligraphy and their own body movement as a unique medium for contemporary art practice.
They have held solo exhibitions in Birmingham, China, Beijing, Shanghai, Yangjiang and more.
They have been selected for various exhibitions include the Lyon Biennale, Basel Fair, Kassel Documenta, Guangzhou International Triennial, Gwangju Biennale and Liverpool Ted Modern Gallery's "The Real Thing: Chinese Contemporary Art", Tokyo Mori Art Museum "Follow me!" and so on.
陽江組成立於2002年,成員包括: 陳在炎(1971年生於陽春)、鄭國谷 (1970年生於陽江) 及孫慶麟 (1974年生於陽江), 他們以中國書法和自身的行動作為當代藝術實踐的獨特媒介。
曾在英國伯明罕、中國北京、上海、陽江等地舉辦個展。
入選的展覽包括里昂雙年展、巴塞爾博覽會、卡塞爾文獻展、廣州國際三年展、光州雙年展和利物浦泰德現代美術館的《真實:中國當代藝術》展, 日本東京森美術館的《跟我來!》等。
